NdFeB Permanent Magnet production process:
Neodymium magnets are actually composed of neodymium, iron and boron (they are also referred to as NIB or NdFeB magnets). The powdered mixture is pressed under great pressure into molds. The material is then sintered (heated under a vacuum), cooled, and then ground or sliced into the desired shape. Coatings are then applied if required. Finally, the blank magnets are magnetized by exposing them to a very powerful magnetic field in excess of 30 KOe.
How to choose a magnet and read the size.
1. All of our magnets are NdFeB rare earth permanent magnets, which are strong magnetic, so don't ask us if we are strong magnetic. NdFeB is the best magnetic material and is a well-deserved strong magnet. Just as we wrote in the title, you can buy with confidence.vv
2. Our products are round, square, circular, and square. Of course all of our magnets are in millimeters.
[1] The cylindrical size generally represents the diameter with D. For example, D10*2MM represents a magnet having a diameter of 10 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. *This is the mathematical symbol "multiply", so don't ask us what it means.
[2] The size of the square is length * width * height. For example, a 60*20*10 square indicates a length of 60 mm, a width of 20 mm, and a thickness of 10 mm. And generally the last digit of a square also indicates the magnetization direction of the square magnet, such as 60 * 20 * 10 squares, the magnetization direction is 10 mm direction, that is, the height direction is magnetized. NS is on the two largest faces, that is, 60 * 20 faces.
[3] The size of the ring is the outer diameter d* inner diameter d* height. For example, the ring magnet of D31.8* D19.1*3.175 indicates an outer diameter of 31.8 mm, an inner diameter of 19.1 mm and a height of 3.175. Mm and height is generally called thickness, and some people think that the thickness is the wall thickness, if you want to calculate the wall thickness (outer diameter - inner diameter). / 2 is the wall thickness.
[4] Square hole magnet, size is length * width * height * inner hole D. For example, 60 * 20 * 10 * 5mm means length 60 mm, width 20 mm, height 10 mm, inner hole 5 mm (usually 5 mm countersunk holes).
